These terms govern your use of sosiagency.com (the “Site”), operated by Sosi Creative Marketing Management, trading as SOSI Agency (“SOSI”, “we”, “us”), a creative agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about SOSI and our creative, strategy and content services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and SOSI.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, video, graphics, logos and the SOSI name and branding, is owned by SOSI or our clients and licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Client work is shown with permission and remains the property of the respective client. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

- use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law, including UAE law;

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
